The James Asthma Action Group (JAAG) was formed in 2002, and its membership consists of Nina Marzi (the daughter of Dr James) and other therapists trained by her in the James Method. The group is committed to continuing the work of Dr Alexander James MD in the field of natural asthma treatment. JAAG aims include:
- keeping the James Method alive by ongoing treatment availability, promotion and training
- raising public awareness of Dr Alexander James's unique method and understanding of the asthma condition
- maintaining historical records of the method from original sources and ongoing practitioner records
- having the method scientifically evaluated and validated
- having the method recognised as a legitimate asthma treatment by working together with conventional and alternative health practitioners.
